Taboo II is the long awaited sequel of the original Taboo film that chronicles the history of incest taboo in one town. The second film opens with a brief recap of the first storyline and all of its characters. The main characters in the film are Sherry McBride, her brother Greg Junior (referred to as Junior), Paul, the boyfriend of Sherry, Barbara, the mother of Paul and her friend, Gina.

The opening scene in the movie is about Sherry and her brother, Junior riding in the car. Junior is constantly pawing at Sherry; her arm, her breasts, whatever he can get his hands on. Sherry is visibly annoyed by his persistence to touch her and pulls off the road to stop in a shop to pick up a birthday card for their father. The shop that Sherry decides to go into in the one that Barbara is employed at and she remembers her, after some time, as the mother of her boyfriend, Paul. While Sherry is shopping around the store, her brother Junior is flirting away with Barbara. The flirting quickly moves to setting up a meeting as Junior offers to drop by and return some tools that Paul had let him borrow. Barbara seems excited about this and she quickly jots down her address and gives it to Junior. Sherry returns to the counter and she and junior leave, without paying for the card. Barbara allows her to take the birthday card she picked out for free and it is obvious that she is very sexually turned on when they leave.

When Sherry and Junior get back in the car, Sherry immediately starts questioning him about his behavior towards Barbara. He quickly dismisses anything she says and they return back home, but as Sherry gets out of the car, Junior does not. He tells her to give father the card from both of them, but he cannot get away without her inquiring where he is going. He very nonchalantly replies that he is going to see Barbara and then pulls away and is off. This is only the opening scene of this incredible film, but you can already tell how much they push the boundaries with incest taboo. This film prides itself on testing the waters and trying to change the way people look at these typically taboo topics.
