Oaxaca, Morelia and Mexico City. These three destinations has one thing in common. Not only that they are located in Mexico. At the same time, they are the country's top storehouse of a collection of Mexican delicacies. Think Mexico offers nothing more than tequila shots and wild spring breaks? Sure not. Mexico is not only desired of their beaches and historical spots. Aside from their Mariachi and Charro, travelers all over the world also come to have a taste what Mexican cuisine can offer. It's not always possible to bring your own food when you are in a vacation. To be more audacious and undergo a total vacation, I suggest you have to eat local products and foods. Anyway it will only happen once in a lifetime. You can even save your money. As a tourist, you could have a hard time to adjust your tongue with foreign delicacies. Just take it easy for the first few days until the time comes that your stomach has grown used to its new environment. As we travel around Mexico, we will be able to have a taste of their local dishes. Mexican dishes located in your own place is really different if you have tasted it in Mexico. Mexican cuisine is more brilliant fancy or spicy. The highly assorted cuisine of Mexico is known internationally for its Taco, Quesadilla, Fajita and Enchiladas. Taco is is a traditional Mexican dish composed of a rolled, folded, flexible maize or wheat tortilla that can be filled with a collective collection of edible substances. They are administered for breakfast, lunch, dinner and yet, they are a spot on snack. Quesadillas on the other hand involves already cooked ingredients, most importantly cheese, inside a corn or wheat tortilla or a wrapping of masa (cornmeal dough). Fajita is grilled meat administered on a flour or corn tortilla while an an enchilada is a traditional Mexican dish which is made in many very different ways. It is typically made with a corn tortilla dipped briefly in hot lard or oil to soften then dipped in the chosen enchilada sauce. The tortillas are filled and rolled up, placed in a casserole dish, then layered with sauce and possibly other combinations such as cheese and chopped onions or olives. Other desired foods are Al Pastor and Tostillas. Al Pastor has marinated pork and stacked on a cone and roasted in public view. It’s sliced wafer thin onto fresh tortillas and topped with chopped cilantro and onions. Tostillas is the staple food of everyday Mexicans. It can be made of flour or maize. Often administered alongside a meal as bread and baked for enchiladas, fried for tacos or grilled for quesadillas. You can all spot them all in a street cart called Taqueria all over Mexico. From the traditional foods to modern Mexican cuisine. Having a stay in Cancun's resort, you would probably already have tasted desired Mexican cuisines administered in hotels and restuaurants. Common among the main dishes are Albóndigas, Arroz con camarones and Barbacoa. Aside from foods, Mexico is known, or should I say, has the finest drink ever all over the world. Who would ever forget everybody's favorite, Tequila. routinely administered to tourist in a form of Margarita mixed with lime juice in a salt-rimmed glasses. customarily it is administered with worm in the bottle and it should be eaten when the bottle is finished. Mexican beers are now known across the globe. Also known as cervesa, Mexican beer are usually administered cold and a very refreshing alternative to iced drinks. I'm not actually done yet. There's a still a lot more. Anyway it would be finest described if you tasted it yourself. Mexico really has everything. No wonder why people come and go yearly in this mouthful paradise.
