Inversion Back Machine

Bought this wonderful item two years ago and is a must have item in my household as i have been a back sufferer for over 10 years now due to a slipped disc until i discovered this item.

How it all started i slipped a disc over 10 years ago and have been under a chiro practice on and off for over three years .

I was paying 25 pounds each time i visited the chiropractic and on some occassions i would be going for a week at a time with an appointment each day.
The pain became so bad i was refered to the hospital for a scan where by it was revealed through a slipped disc and not resting i had damaged my spine, the discs at the bottom of my spine had been damaged.

The hospital recommended different exercise to prevent the discs from rubbing which was causing the severe pain .This went on for another two years with the odd occassion of not even being able to get out of bed and walking due to the pain i was in until one day by chance i was watching a health programme on inversion tables.

I actually paid 150 pounds for my item and at the time i would have paid a lot more.

To this day I can not believe that i do not have to see a chiropractice anymore and that was over two years ago. The pain i was suffering i no longer suffer from anymore.

I use the machine for 5 minutes a day in the morning and 5 minutes at night and have not had any problems with my spine since i have been using it which all started two years ago. I am fitter and healthier than i have ever been, as anyone knows when you have a bad back it feels like your whole world is over as your back controls your whole body.

My biggest fear before i purchased this item was that the pain would get so bad that maybe i would end up in a wheelchair and i knew i had to find a solution before it was too late.

I set the machine to my height and inverted three quarters of the way down and its quite amazing how you feel when you get off the machine, occassionally if i have been standing all day i have an aching back, so when i do invert i am sometimes sore when i get off the machine and the next day the pain is gone but the other benefit which is quite amazing is my hair, i have always struggled to get my hair past my shoulders now every 12 weeks when i have it cut and styled the hairdresser says to me , your hair has grown a lot, my hair is way past my shoulders and grows constantly which it never did before , so i have gained two great uses out of this machine.

I know longer suffer with a bad back and my hair grows better due to the blood rushing to your face and scalp and nourishing it.

This machine is a must have item, if you suffer from bad backs as so many people do i recommend the inversion back machine.

At present these are selling very cheap on ebay but can be bought from most sports shops online, so dont suffer from back problems anymore.
I just wish doctors were made more aware of these wonderful products it could save our national health a lot of money if these alternatives were recommended first.

The only draw back on these machines is that they are big and bulky and a pain if if you have to keep folding flat and putting away, so if you can find a good space to keep the machine so you can just get on it I totally recommend it otherwise you will be tempted not to use the machine to its full benefit .

Also if you do invert fully on the machine please have someone with you, the first time i fully inverted i could not get back up and struggled to grab hold of a piece of furniture to hoist myself back up that why i only invert three quarters of the way down because i know i can pull myself up easily.

When i do fully invert i have someone with me to pull me up as i have not mastered how to do that . Fully inverting on the machine should only be done if you are experienced but its a lovely feeling when you do .

The other draw back if it is a drawback when you are on the machine it makes you go to sleep i dont know why but i always have a snooze when inverting and dont wont to get off. Reap these wonderful benefits as you will be amazed and wonder how you ever managed without this machine, dont suffer back pain anymore.
