The holes are drilled and tapped to accept an M4 bolts, thus securing the monitor to the plate.

5.Do you need a Eco-Friendly display?

If so, the TFT is the most green display available on the market at this current time. The CRT is old technology and isnt as green as a TFT unit, due to CRT monitors giving out far more heat and radiation and a TFT display will reduce power consumption by 25-50%.
